Little ears are made for new languages

Young children pick up new sounds naturally. A weekly class gives them an early ear for a new language and the confidence to use it.

  • Taught by fluent, friendly teachers who love working with littles
  • Play-based lessons full of songs and games
  • A clear path from first songs to simple conversations
  • Kids who stay through pre-K can be assessed for an immersion program

Our mission is to make a second language a natural part of every little one's day.

Not an extra errand, not another screen. Just joyful, hands-on language learning at the center where kids already spend their day.

Learning through play

Songs, puppets and movement in every class.

Starting early

The little years are when new sounds come most naturally.

Easy for families

No need to drive to a different location after pick-up. The class comes to your child's center.

Why we started languages for littles

As parents, we didn't want our kids to miss out on learning another language. But like most families, our days were full, and teaching a language at home never made it to the top of the list.

Our kids already did enrichment classes like soccer at daycare, and we kept asking: why not a language? The early years are the best time to start, and daycare is where little ones already spend their day.

So we built the program we wanted for our own families: playful, weekly language classes at daycare, starting with Spanish, with a clear path for kids who fall in love with it to move into an immersion program.

"Every child deserves the chance to start a new language early, without it being one more thing for parents to juggle."

Questions parents ask

Will my child become fluent?

Once a week builds familiarity, a good ear and confidence with new sounds. Fluency takes daily immersion. Kids who stay with us through pre-K can be assessed for readiness to move into an immersion program.

Who are the teachers?

Fluent speakers of the language they teach, who are great with toddlers. Every teacher is background-checked, fingerprinted and CPR certified, and trained in our curriculum before their first class.

My child is only 2. Is that too young?

Not at all. Classes for 2 and 3-year-olds are a short 30 minutes, and built around songs, movement and play.

Which languages do you offer?

We're starting with Spanish. Our goal is to bring several languages to every center, so we add new ones, like French or Mandarin, as families at each center ask for them. Let us know what you'd like in the sign-up form.

What if my child misses a class?

Missed classes aren't refunded, but you'll get a recap of that week's lesson in the parent update, so your child can easily catch up at home. If we ever have to cancel a class, we'll schedule a make-up or refund that class.

My daycare doesn't offer this yet. Can you come?

Yes. Tell us your center in the form below and we'll reach out to the director.
